I wish I had some fangs...

So I'm team Eric when it comes to True Blood.  Eric, all the way. I mean, if you've read the books, I just want to say...like a train.  If you've only watched the show, then ... 6 hours.

Enough of that, I'm here to talk about the first two episodes I've watched of True Blood Season 6.  For what it's worth, spoilers ahead.

Billith! Last season, Bill drank all of Lilith's blood after having killed that other wench I hated.  He then exploded into a pool of blood and I screamed. SCREAMED I tell you!
That's right Homer!

Then when he rose out of the puddle of blood looking as bad ass as I've ever seen him.  I was shocked.  So now we're at the start of season two and he's chasing after Eric and Sookie who decide that they must escape Bill and do so by climbing into an elevator.  In a crumbling building, with Billith on the rampage.
Sometimes I feel like I could rule True Blood world since I've just got so much more common sense than they do.

Moving on, so many things are happening, so to keep this entry readable, I'm bullet pointing my thoughts:
  • Eric and Pam fighting - When did Pam become so needy? She's become the overly attached girlfriend.
  • Pam & Tara - weird but ok.
  • Eric's sister - I hate her, why won't she go away?
  • LaFayette - Can we dedicate one entire show to him please?
  • Luna died - Lame
  • The governor - UGH
  • Alcide and his bitches - Uh...I wasn't a fan of the girl on girl action, but a shirtless Alcide is always a joy to behold.
  • Jason - I'm glad he's starting to ignore his ghost parents. They're annoying.
  • Sookie revoked Eric's invite to her house AFTER he gave it to her. BITCH! Although when Eric left on his invisible Segway, I did snicker a bit.
  • Finally, THAT WAS NOT WARLOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was Niall.

Ahh. that was fun! On to the second ep of the season!

As we found out, it was not in fact Warlow but Niall, Sookie and Jason's grandaddy.  Nice! Where have you been grandpa? Don't you own them some overdue Christmas gifts?

Anyhoo, Jason was cute and happy to have a grandfather, but sad to not be a Fairy Prince.  Aww...

Meanwhile, Pam, Tara and Eric's sister (What IS her name?) make nice back at Fangtasia, after it was shut down by the governor.  I hate that guy.

Eric tries to infiltrate the mansion but ends up captured.  Can I stop for a moment and say, even as the dorky, wimpy looking fella he dressed up as, I still found him so attractive? Yeah, I've got it bad.

His guards then proceed to take him outside, and he does what I told him to do which was to fly off.  Obviously.  These guys are supposed to know how to handle vampires? Amateurs.

Let's see...Alcide kidnaps Luna's daughter from Sam and Lala, which I thought was so completely wrong! I mean who does he think he is? They're disrespecting Luna's final wishes and you think this little girl's best environment is with a dude, his bitches and her old hag grandma? Harsh, but true.  She was better off with Lala.  I mean, I'd love it if LaFayette was my best friend!

Oh and what's with this new bitch of Alcide's? I already hate her.

Does anybody else wish death upon those characters they despise?  I hope so.

Oh and Sookie met that other Fairy guy, Ben.  Coincidental? I think not.  Also, I sensed some flirtation there.  It was weird and awkward.  Can't Sookie just lay off men for a while?

Finally, Billith.  So, first of all, Jessica praying to Billith because she thought he was god? Lame.

But all of the Liliths in the room were so weird and could they please take a bath and put on some fresh clothes? I do not need to see all the nekkidness.

Ugh...I think I'm done with this for now.  I'll be ready at 8 PM CST to watch True Blood every Sunday night!  Will you be there?

Over and out -
